Everything you need to know — no surprises, no runaround.

Every service is performed to manufacturer specification and includes oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, spark plugs (where applicable), and a full systems check. On top of that, every minor and major service comes with a FREE 40-point vehicle inspection — covering brakes, suspension, steering, tyres, lights, battery, belts and more. Our service advisor will contact you directly with any defects found.
It's a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper check included at no extra cost with every minor or major service. We inspect brakes, suspension, steering components, tyres, battery health, all fluid levels, belts, hoses, lights, wipers and exhaust. If anything needs attention, our service advisor will contact you directly to discuss it. We are thorough — however, please note that no inspection can detect hidden internal damage, unseen wear, or parts that may fail unexpectedly in the near future.
Yes. We service and repair all makes and models — from Toyota Hilux to BMW, Ford Ranger to Volkswagen. With 34 years of hands-on experience in Mossel Bay, there isn't much we haven't worked on. If you're unsure whether we cover your vehicle, just send us a WhatsApp.
The fastest way is WhatsApp on 081 765 9159. Send us your vehicle make, model, year, and what you need — we'll confirm a date and time. You can also call our front desk on 044 695 1884 and ask for Attie. We operate on a bookings-only basis to ensure every vehicle gets proper attention.
Walk-ins are welcome at R-Tech Service Centre — you can pop in and make a booking at the front desk. However, we run a queuing system, so we cannot guarantee your vehicle will be booked in and worked on the same day. To avoid waiting, we recommend booking ahead via WhatsApp or phone to secure a confirmed slot. Please note — the other businesses in the R-Tech Group (ATM Chiptuning, APEX Customs, SNIPER Racing) do not accept walk-ins and must be contacted directly.
A minor service is typically completed within half a day. A major service usually takes a full day, depending on the vehicle and scope of work. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book. We respect your time — that's why we work by appointment only.
RMI stands for the Retail Motor Industry Organisation — the governing body for motor workshops in South Africa. Our certification means R-Tech meets strict industry standards for workmanship, equipment, and business practices. It's your guarantee that the work is professionally regulated and accountable — not a backyard operation.
We use OEM-equivalent or genuine parts depending on your preference and vehicle requirements. We never fit cheap, no-name components — your safety and the longevity of the repair come first. If you have a specific parts preference, let us know when you book and we'll source accordingly.
Absolutely. Send us your vehicle make, model, year, and mileage via WhatsApp and tell us what you need. We'll come back to you with a clear quote. Please note — we can't quote on vague requests like "how much for a service?" without knowing the vehicle. The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate the quote.
We never do extra work without your approval. If we find something during the service or 40-point check, we'll contact you immediately with a clear explanation and cost before proceeding. No surprise bills, no unauthorised repairs. You stay in control at all times.
